How do I create a Customer account?

Download or Access ChapChap

Download the ChapChap app from your app store or open the ChapChap website using your browser. On the login page, tap “Sign Up.”

Choose How to Register

Complete Your Details

Enter the required information based on your chosen option, including your phone number or email address and a secure password. Follow the prompts to verify your email or phone number.

How do I place an order?

Ordering on ChapChap is quick and easy. Just follow these simple steps:

Set Your Delivery Address

On the main screen, enter or confirm your delivery address.

Choose a Module

Select the service you need, such as Food, E-commerce, or other available modules.

Select Your Items

Choose your preferred products or services and add them to your cart.

Apply a Promo Code (Optional)

If you have a promo code, make sure to validate it in your profile before placing your order.

Proceed to Checkout

At checkout, select your preferred payment method and review your order.

Place Your Order

Confirm your order to complete the process.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a notification confirming the order. A courier will then accept your order and deliver it to you—often within minutes.

How do I find what I want?

On the mobile app, you’ll find a search bar at the bottom of your screen, allowing you to quickly find any product or establishment in your city.

On the web platform, the search bar is available on the home page as well as on vendor profile pages, making it easy to search and explore available products and services.

How do I withdraw my earnings?

To withdraw your earnings, go to the “Earnings” section of the app.

From there, you can:

View your available balance
Select your preferred withdrawal method, such as a bank transfer or payout account

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the withdrawal process.

Please note that:

Minimum withdrawal limits and processing times may apply depending on the selected withdrawal method.
You need to have configured your payment methods. if not, configure setting first then withdraw earnings.

Are there any fees associated with withdrawing my earnings?

To withdraw your earnings, navigate to the “Earnings” section of the driver app. Here, you can view your available balance, track pending or completed payouts, and select your preferred withdrawal method, such as a bank transfer or payout account.

Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your withdrawal request.

The ChapChap driver app does not charge any fees for withdrawing your earnings. However, third-party payment providers, such as banks or payment processors, may apply their own charges which ChapChap shall recover from your earnings.

Please review the terms and conditions of your selected payout provider for any applicable fees, minimum withdrawal limits, or processing timelines.

How do I deliver an order to the customer using the driver app?

When you receive a new order, you will be provided with the customer’s delivery address and any special instructions.

Open the incoming order or go to the “Orders” section of the app to view full order details.
After picking up the items, tap the navigation icon next to the delivery address to open directions in your preferred map application.
Proceed to the customer’s location and complete the delivery.
Upon arrival, ask the customer to confirm delivery within the app using the available method (e.g., OTP or signature) to finalize the order.
If applicable, collect any cash payments from the customer (Cash on Delivery or delivery fees) and promptly deposit the amount due into the designated ChapChap account in accordance with company guidelines.

What should I do if I encounter any issues during the delivery process?

If you encounter any issues—such as difficulty locating the customer or missing items—use the in-app chat or call feature to contact the customer and resolve the matter promptly.

If you are unable to complete the delivery for any reason, please contact ChapChap Support immediately for assistance and further guidance.

How do I go online to start receiving orders?

To start receiving orders, simply toggle the “Online” switch in the driver app.

Once you’re online, you’ll begin receiving order requests based on your availability, current location and type of vehicle you have selected (taxi or delivery).

Make sure your vehicle is ready and that you’re prepared to accept and complete deliveries promptly.

How do I go offline to stop receiving orders?

If you need to take a break or temporarily stop receiving orders, toggle the “Offline” switch in the driver app. This will pause new order requests until you go back online.

You can go offline at any time; however, please ensure that you are not in the middle of an active order before doing so.
